[89Zr]Zr-DFO-ATG-031 is a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody-based radiopharmaceutical designed for immuno-PET imaging of CD24-expressing cancers, notably solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. It consists of the anti-CD24 antibody ATG-031 conjugated to desferrioxamine (DFO) for chelation and labeled with zirconium-89 (^89Zr), enabling non-invasive PET imaging of CD24-positive tumors. ATG-031 binds to CD24 with high affinity, blocks the CD24/Siglec-10 interaction, and promotes repolarization of tumor-associated macrophages, thus modulating the tumor microenvironment and inducing anti-tumor immunity. The radiolabeled form ([89Zr]Zr-DFO-ATG-031) is under investigation for functional tumor imaging and may facilitate patient selection and response monitoring in immunotherapy trials[1][2][4].
